Hey Sam, thanks for the great comment. It sounds like you are doing everything just right and I love the way you are becoming aware of the whole hidden language people are giving off. you said you cant get fully through the hips... give it time. the more you work on relaxation, the different parts of your body, clean diet and clean thoughts your body will give up the holding patterns and you will find your true self... the real Sam underneath the tension and armour :) but it sounds like your doing great so give yourself a big pat on the back.

Hey Rob

I've watched a couple of your videos on youtube and tried the exercises and all I can say is wow.
Your exercises are quick, easy and give you fast impressive results.
The first one i tried out was the confident walk to attract women, this was the one with the side bend.
I tried the exercise and the next day I noticed both by feet externally rotate by themselves and it gives me a sort
of side bend. My heel also invert. I notice how the upper part of my body shifts from left to right as my feet rotate, usually it did nothing of the sort and I was robot like. This is probably what you meant by a type of flow in a walk.

The second video I saw was the killer moves for a sexual walk, and I tried the exercise. Afterwards my hip felt
really loose and I can feel movement in my hips. I can swing them side to side freely which I could never do before. They also show movement as I walk which they have never done before.

Coming to think of it now, most girls/women have a lot of hip movement and their hips are loose, yet most guys barely show any movement at all due to all the tension. This exercise was great Rob, my hips show some movement whilst I walk and it greatly loosened up the spider man suit you talk about.

I've now become aware of this area of movement and never realised it existed before, I've also noticed how
guys walk, most of them walk like robots and have no momentum, flow, hip movement, side bend or relaxation.
Not to mention good posture and stride length, most guys take baby steps whilst they talk.

However now I have some hip movement, side bend, flow from my upper body and slow momentum as I walk. I always walk like this now, with my head held up and slow relaxed walk. Although my stride length is medium, because I cant get through my hips enough to increase my stride length, this probably due to some more tension being their.

I've noticed how women look at be more as I walk, and that's all thanks to you Rob

Let me know if what my body is doing correct and please let me know of your opinions on my results
Thanks a lot Rob, I couldn't have reached this stage without someone acknowledging me of this area.

Cheers.
